Terms of Use

1. The Service

Tradesteady is a personal trading journal with AI-based process coaching. The service is under development and may change without notice.

2. Not Financial Advice

Tradesteady does not provide investment advice, trading recommendations, or guarantees of results. AI feedback is educational and based on data you provide yourself. All trading is at your own risk. We are not regulated by the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway (Finanstilsynet).

3. Account and Responsibility

• You are responsible for keeping your login secure
• You must provide a correct email address when registering
• You must not misuse the service (spam, hacking, sharing your account with others without agreement)
• You own the data you enter; we are granted a license to store and process it in order to deliver the service

4. AI and Content

AI-generated analysis may contain errors. Always use your own judgment. We do not store your data with Anthropic for model training (API usage).

Conversations with the Zensei agent are logged and may be reviewed by our team to improve the service. Conversation logs are deleted within 30 days of account deletion.

5. Availability and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uptime or error-free operation. Tradesteady is not liable for losses resulting from trading decisions, data loss (even though we take backups), or third-party services.

6. Termination

You can delete your account at any time under Profile. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Privacy

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes will be sought resolved amicably; otherwise, by Norwegian courts.
